Q: Are you licensed?
A: Although many areas only require electricians to be certified, I hold a Master Electrician’s License.

Q: Is your company insured?
A: Yes, J. Adams Electric is fully insured.

Q: How much would it cost to……?
A: This can be a difficult question to answer via E-mail or phone due to the many differences in home construction; For these reasons, I offer free in-home estimates to give you accurate up front pricing.

Q: What if I can’t pay all at once?
A: Not a problem! Let me know and we can work out a payment plan that fits your budget.

Q: Do I need a permit?
A: Permit requirements vary by township and job size.

Q: How accurate are your estimates?
A: The price quoted in your estimate will the total price of the job discussed. If the customer requests additional work or upgrades, a new price will be quoted prior to work completion. You will always know the end total before agreeing to the job.

Q: I work during the day. Can I schedule my job during evening hours or on the weekend?
A: Absolutely! Both weekend and evening hours are available. Please mention your scheduling needs during your estimate.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal checks, and bank checks.
